My straight recommendation

Before you publish this, tighten these three operational points:

1. Retention

Do not use “forever.”
For a stronger position, use internal rules like:

    • contact inquiries: 36 months

    • newsletter records: until unsubscribe + 5 years suppression/compliance record

    • CVs: 24 months unless candidate asks for deletion or law requires otherwise

2. No cookies

Make sure the site actually has:

    • no Google Analytics

    • no Meta Pixel

    • no LinkedIn Insight Tag

    • no embedded YouTube with trackers

    • no third-party chat widget

    • no cookie banner tool firing scripts anyway

If any of those exist, “no cookies” is probably inaccurate.

3. Careers data

If you collect CVs, add a short checkbox on the careers form such as:

“I acknowledge that Smart Ideal World may process my personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with its Privacy Policy.”tion service.
